Refund Policy
The CCSU Answer Book View Portal facilitates online application submission and fee payment for Answer Book Viewing and related examination services. Refund requests are governed by the rules and regulations of Chaudhary Charan Singh University.
1. Refund Requests
Refund requests are not processed through this online portal. Students seeking a refund must contact the Accounts Department of Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut and follow the University's prescribed refund procedure.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund approval, if applicable, shall be subject to the University's rules, regulations and verification process. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.
3. Processing Authority
All refund-related requests, verification and approvals are handled exclusively by the University's Accounts Department. The CCSU Answer Book View Portal does not process, approve or issue refunds.
